Trust System Administration Coordinator

Position Summary: The Trust System Administration Coordinator oversees the daily support of various Wealth Management division software applications and creation of end user requested reports while maintaining a high level of customer service and having a strong background in supporting software applications. This professional works closely with the Project Administrator in the planning and execution of various other project and support responsibilities to ensure end user needs are met.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and maintain a full understanding of Wealth Management software applications and stay up-to-date on relevant industry trends and best practices.
  • Research and analyze basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of the Wealth Management division.
  • Provide end user software support for Wealth Management software applications via phone, email, as well as onsite.
  • Answer end user inquiries regarding computer software operation and resolve issues by reading technical manuals, vendor support, or conferring with users.
  • Provide leadership and direction with other departments to ensure successful implementation and support.
  • Prioritize and validate customer needs and requests for product changes and enhancements.
  • Manage support ticket requests submitted by end users as well as researching tickets and escalating to vendor support as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software, independently or as a team while escalating urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to the appropriate resources.
  • Complete change management requests and represent changes in accordance with change management policies and procedures.
  • Create reports using a variety of different methods to meet customer objectives.
  • Review and identify improvements in existing Wealth Management procedures, processes, systems and reporting.
  • Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws and regulations applicable to their role. Complete compliance training; follow internal processes and controls as required.
  • Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in bank policies.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of wealth management, financial services software applications and/or previous application system support experience strongly preferred.
  • High degree of adaptability and flexibility with the ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Solid demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and how it relates to system administration tasks, environments, and change management.
  • Valid Nebraska driver’s license.

Working Environment:

  • Indoor work not exposed to outdoor elements or hazards.
  • Sedentary work, occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 20 pounds.
  • Occasional travel required.  

SHIFT HOURS:

  •  Monday-Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (preferred)
