Position Summary: The nCino and Salesforce Administrator is part of a team responsible for managing and optimizing our nCino and Salesforce platforms. This professional has exhaustive knowledge of the capabilities of the system to ensure it is configured to optimize user experience and efficiency. The nCino and Salesforce Administrator collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system functionality, data integrity, and user support.
Essential Functions:

  • nCino Administration
    1. Configure and maintain nCino modules, workflows, and custom objects.
    2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
    3. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Salesforce Administration
    1. Assist with Salesforce configuration, including custom fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
    2. Support data migration and integration efforts between platforms.
    3. Provide user training and support for Salesforce-related inquiries.
  • Data Management
    1. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across both platforms.
    2. Perform data imports, exports, and data validation as needed.
    3. Monitor data storage limits and optimize data storage usage.
  • System Enhancements
    1. Participate in system upgrades, releases, and enhancements.
    2. Evaluate new features and recommend improvements.
    3. Work closely with IT and business units to implement enhancements.
  • Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws, and regulations applicable to the role. Complete compliance training, and follow internal processes and controls as required.
  • Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in bank policies.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. 
  • Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.   
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, related field, or comparable work experience.
  • nCino Certified Administrator, preferred, or Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in nCino administration and 1 year in Salesforce administration.
  • Previous banking, loan operations, lending, or credit administration experience
  • Proficiency in configuring workflows and custom objects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration abilities.   
Preferred Talents:
  • Experience Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Valid Nebraska driver’s license

Working Environment:
Sedentary work – occasionally lifting and/or carrying up to 25 lbs.
Indoor work – not exposed to outside elements and hazards.
This role is eligible for hybrid work from home opportunity under the work from home guidelines upon completion of onboarding
